“LIFE STORY OF JENNIE & LEO VENT0”
Leo Michael Vento – April 3, 1924 – January 6, 2021
Jennie Santa Maria Vento – Oct. 24th, 1926 – January 12, 2021
Married – September 16, 1950
Leo Vento, son of Accursio Vento & Maria Zagara and Jennie Santa Maria Vento daughter of Calogero Santa Maria and Grazia Costantino were born and raised in “Little Italy”, met, fell in love and married.
They leave behind their loving children Anthony and daughter Barbara Castellano. Leo worked hard and long hours for over 37 years for Viking Criterion Paper Company as a truck driver and delivery person and Jennie worked for over 46 years as Secretary of Most Precious Blood RC Church. They were devout catholics and religious people who were blessed to have a long, happy, beautiful lives with their families, children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren who they adored and who left this world just after 6 days apart…a blessing and miracle in itself.
With tons of family, friends and relatives they were a “True Love Story”…they were best friends, partners, inseparable. Leo was a gentle man, patient, loving, caring and understanding…and Mom kind of “ruled the roost” and was kind of the boss. Appearance and Respect was mandatory and in the outpouring of love, memories, and comments…there are not enough kind words describing them.
We can go on and on and on…but …there is no ending to their story. Now they are together forever as it was meant to be!
